Ms. Mae, representative of the protected cat cafe "Micia Micio" in Showacho, Abeno-ku, Osaka, has provided us with a report on the cats' activities from December 2024 to January 2025.

Due to the cold season in both December 2024 and January 2025,
there were no new protected cats accepted.

Mischievous Lucius Graduates!

In December, we were able to rehome a total of two kittens: one rescued by a volunteer in July and another rescued by our shop in June after a consultation.

4 of the 5 "Chocolate Sweets" Siblings Graduate!

In January, we were able to rehome 4 of the 5 kitten siblings we accepted from a volunteer in November.

Also, at the end of the year, Yuzuki developed FIP (feline infectious peritonitis),
and we incurred costs for purchasing a somewhat expensive treatment drug.
Previously, it was a terrifying disease with a 99% fatality rate once contracted,
but thanks to the slightly expensive medicine, he is now healthy and active.
