aoneco's Supported Organization: NPO LYSTA's November Activity Report and Donation Thank You!
From Ms. Suzuki, representative of the NPO LYSTA in Fukushima Prefecture,
we received a report on the cats' activities in November 2024.
November Activity Report
During the TNR operations in November,
we rescued two-month-old kittens that were too small for surgery.
Additionally, we took in a cat with eosinophilic granuloma and another requiring ongoing treatment for injuries.
Tasuke-kun before medication!

The top image also shows Tasuke-kun before medication.
Tasuke-kun, the cat with eosinophilic granuloma, was successfully brought under control thanks to his medication.
He can now stretch out and roll on the floor, and he even made a cat friend in the same room.
Tsuyoshi-kun!
Get lots of rest and food to recover!

Tsuyoshi-kun, the injured cat, slept almost non-stop for three days after his rescue, except for eating.
He must have been incredibly exhausted from his stray life.
His condition is stable, though tail amputation may be necessary in the future depending on his progress.

Whether to live freely outdoors
or to be rescued and live in a comfortable, air-conditioned environment —
honestly, I think happiness varies from cat to cat.
The line between rescuing and not rescuing is also a heartbreaking choice.
For large-group TNR sites, we will monitor to ensure there are places for them to shelter from the cold, and we will continue to support them with food.
Thank you for your continued support.
